Purpose of Role

To perform the QC dept activities

Educational Qualification

M.Sc Organic Chemistry

Experience in (In Years)

Having approx 5 to 8 years of experience.

Key Responsibility Areas

•Perform Inprocess as well as Finished product analysis as per the SOP/Specification and communicate the result to production.                    

•Prepare and standardize the volumetric solution and reagent as per SOP with proper documentation.

•Perform the analysis of Raw material within timeline with proper documentation and approve or reject the material.                                    

•Approval of packaging material in SAP and as well as on LTR.                

•Follow the Good Laboratory practices, Good documentation practices during the analysis.

•Initiate Laboratory incidents, Out of specification,  Out of trend and deviation on its occurence.

•Participate in the investigation of Lab incident/OOS/OOT/Deviation to find out root cause and form CAPA.

•Perform calibration of laboratory instruments as per schedule and maintain the records.

•Approval of Finished good in SAP and prepare CoA form the SAP.          

•Up keep laboratory instruments clean and neat and highlight any abnormality to concern person on its observation.                                      

•To ensure proper Safety and sustainability of 5S in Laboratory.
